Missing AND incorrect items rude staff; I ordered through Just Eat, and we were missing a naan and was given onion rice instead of garlic rice- the rice even had ‘On Rice’ written on, and I tried it to be sure- I called up and the man was very dismissive, told me he cooked my garlic rice and was obviously put in the wrong box, I then said I’d tried it and it didn’t taste of garlic to which he mocked me and said ‘garlic rice doesn’t taste garlicky?’ And was very resistant to correcting the errors. indian cuisine. special mixed biriyani and house special curry was the order. first experience with almosen. comparable better than the others in the city as we have tried a few of them. biriyani comes with herbal curry (provided it comes free with biriyani, as it was there in the package and we did not order it and the delicious mixed curry. we took the mixed combination of both, as it says, cooked with chicken, lamb and garn (but had to dig in both to find the garnish, as we hardly found a few. had delivered it on time, as I said. happily recommended and will be regained u quality maintain
The food was average but would've ordered from them again had.i not been charged £50 delivery despite living in Chelmsford myself!! I didn't realise what I had been charged until I noticed I was a little short in my account and went over my transactions. The delivery charge was more than double the cost of my whole order. I can't quite believe how much I've been charged. I have tried calling the restaurant several times but no one has answered so I've had to raise a complaint with just eat and PayPal. Avoid!
I ordered takeout online tonight and went to collect the food, expecting to pay £25 (35% off). However, they charged my card £38.50 instead. When I called, they said they would refund me the difference when I arrived. Upon showing them my bank transactions, they still insisted I had not paid and demanded payment again. The man at the desk was very rude and unhelpful. I recommend avoiding this restaurant and spending your money elsewhere.

high quality Indian food. they all taste fresh and well cooked. they offer a pretty fast delivery service that comes practically because their location is in a difficult to park. the prices seem to be very fair. never had a bad experience that counts a lot in my book. rangeela has recently returned to 5 of 5 hygiene status. it was good as it was, and now it can only be better. had a first-class food here. the best.
The restaurant's website indicates that they are open, but they are actually closed. They continued to accept payments despite being closed. We placed a takeaway order tonight, but when it was delayed by half an hour, I drove to the restaurant, only to discover that they were closed. This is unacceptable. We will be contacting our bank tomorrow to request a refund. This type of business behavior is shameful.
First problem- Missing poppadom, I called restaurant and they refused to send out missing food, claiming I should just get a refund on deliveroo instead- terrible customer service, not even an apology. Onion bhajis are black, burnt and inedible, the chicken pasanda is over cooked and tough, as well as the chicken curry. I would like a refund in full. WILL NOT USE AGAIN EVER
nice eating. we had delivery, we had it now twice and eating comes hot and is delicious. we ordered tandoori huhn, pasanda, lamm tikka, reis and tikka nan. Actually one of the most reliable takeaways in Chelmsford-we had bad experiences with so many other-but I know that rangeela will be 10/10!

This is by far the best Indian restaurant we have tried. The food is excellent, always delivered on time and hot. We order from here every week and have never been disappointed.
