I placed an order last sunday at the Sheffield London Road Rassams. It said it would be delivered at 7.04pm. At 7.30 I rang the restaurant to ask where the order was at first, they couldn't find the order and after telling me to wait they then to be told me they couldn't tell me how long and they were busy. They were extremely rude, shouting in the background. The order finally came at 8pm, well 2 items came biscoff pancake cookie dough. The cookie dough was cold and the pancakes burnt. I tried to call the restaurant about 10 times, no answer. I rang Darnall Rassams to ask what I could do, I spoke with Aziz, who couldn't have been more helpful. We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at this restaurant with 11 family members. The staff was absolutely incredible and deserves all the credit for their friendliness and helpfulness. They even went out of their way to surprise our daughter with a milkshake for her special day. The woman behind the counter was fantastic and extremely kind, and the two young servers were attentive and engaging.

Went with my family and a family friend today and the experience was pleasant. They were very friendly and understanding. Shoutout to a worker called aya she was so so friendly and sweet we really appreciated her and the other guy aswell that was at the front. Will be coming back in the future , loved it!!

Loved the vibe at Rassam’s Creamery Sheffield! The desserts were on point – rich, fresh, and full of flavour. Shout-out to Aravind for his top-notch service. He was super polite, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. Definitely coming back again!
I have visited this restaurant several times and absolutely love it. The service is fast, the dishes are well presented, and the food is amazingly tasty. It is definitely one of the best dessert places in Great Britain.
