the current pächter has been in the ratskeller since December 2011 and has exchanged the historical vault for smooth white walls. the leather benches and chairs are comfortable but not as picturesque as the old furnishings. the food card is diverse, the urnian dark beer is savory, the yeast white beer even in 0.3 glasses from the barrel. the gut meat was very tender but quite salty. the blue herb was spiced with zimt, the raw potato dumplings were sprinkled with butterbread, the black medallions in mushroom sauce very fine. the day card offered wildgulasch.The layer dessert consists of vanillaquark, fresh crows and a crispy pad. the apple cubes were very hot and fresh, with sawn and ice. the...

name and outside view of the restaurant allowed a very deculent visual and culinary experience to be expected. we were therefore surprised to encounter a pleasantly simple, bright atmosphere with modern touch. our goal was a little cold dinner, but with a certain whiff. the ratskeller was fully justified: the congratinated goat cheese with homemade chutney on colorful autumn salad was delicious; a good glass wee : perfect! Unfortunately we had no longer the opportunity to try out the warm kitchen, but the menu sounded inviting and the service was friendly-humorous. - so if we're in the opposite again.

the restaurant is flooded with light and, despite the completeness, not loud and you can enjoy well. the menu is very varied, the prices fair. there was even a four-course - menu at 19,90 €. the food came at the same time and were all optically top. located directly at the castle park, from above with views of the castle and park. we can get a table for ten people at short notice, the restaurant is otherwise well visited. friendly and good service. the dishes tasty, but not unforgettable. good address.
