Very disappointing, 1.5 hours waiting time despite reservation. Service friendly and striving. Because of the large supplemental salad on the side table, I only ordered room carvings without salad. Pommes were flaky and oily, carving with finished panade and lots of finished sauce. Only the mushrooms were fresh. The full price was charged without comment.
