praised by the hostage and other scene magazines, we kicked the way out of marl here. but: the teufel is in the detail. forefront: it was really delicious. the chef understands his craft and uses excellent ingredients. the gänsestopfleber was a dream. this is reflected in the price. for the price we also expect cleanly covered glasses and cutlery (glasses had water stains, at my cutlery was eating cracker and slip. the service was friendly and unobtrusive. until an empty beer glass was filled, but some time passed. In the meantime, on an adjacent table even the dog of the owners jumped around on the bank. this is not a matter of course!!!Therefore only 3 points, the offered meals have earned...

we love this restaurant because of its good cheeks, however the chef should also accept a critique - according to a gang who has been honed for the gast absolutely not - and take this said gang retour, as it is with a high standing cheek.So I would like the appetizer:-frieden sankt jakobsmuscheln fencheln the olives tasted more rancid and more aeler.This course was voicyous and not a high boil status evenly. The previously calibrated jacobsmusks were fried a 2nd time, again and again and again. Now they were hot but still be swollen and totally swept together.No insight came up with the chef, the jacobsmusks should be bribed a little with flour, so that they can be cherished from good cheeks...

a successful evening meal marks the following: high-quality, perfectly prepared meals, suitable drinks (very good wine selection, affordable), a nice ambiente and of course a professional team. this can be found here in the ratstuben! very good staff, to whom one notices the fun at work. nice owner family: he swirls as a top Chef in the kitchen and she makes in service a good figure.This restaurant has very many masters, is not surprising. So better, especially at the weekend, make a reservation!At midday, 12:00 and 14:00 there are cheap, smaller dishes (for 9.90 a gift!).Practic: who couldn't stay like that when we are wein (but there are also a few real tips), can stay in the hotel.

the lunch table in the ratstubes is of excellent quality and at a small price.Day soup and main course for 9,90 €, the additional dessert costs only 2,90 €.My wife chose the fried noble fish with jasmine rice, kimchi and a peanut sauce for the main course. I took as the main course, for 3,00 €, the tasty bark shoulder with oven vegetables and a red wine sauce.Beide dishes were simply delicious, as well as the day soup and dessert.We were delighted. a stylish ambiente as well as an attentive and friendly service, but never eaten so well and so inexpensive somewhere else to lunch.The restaurant deserves its awards by the gourmet and michelin too right.We will come back in any case! even if I'm not a friend of the tweezers kitchen, it was loving and creatiw to eat. the sizes are well matched. we have fed a total of 6 dishes to 2t. all were excellent and have prepared fun. the service was friendly and attentive. I'll be happy to see you again.

excellent star kitchen with moderate trips. steak dishes, petty-bourgeois and meditarane cuisine we have already tried a variety of dishes. all the dishes were always top, even if nothing for the little purse. there are also offers and small dishes
