We had an excellent vegetarian 4-course menu with very good wine tasting. The guest rooms are also large and comfortable and are limited to the essentials in a pleasant way. Very well eaten and drunk, very friendly welcome and hosting. In view of the huge wine map, we would only have a larger selection of open wines or wines. Wine in 1/2 bottle size desired. This, however, is whining at nick level. We'll be happy to go back on this occasion.
