A solid house kitchen is served in the Rautzenberg and the portions are very rich. We had the Black Angus Rumpsteak with fiery pepper cream sauce, roast potatoes and bacon beans and the homemade beef shop filled with bacon, onions and spice cucumber with apple cabbage and potato crumbs and once upon request with late precious. Everything was perfectly prepared and very well lubricated. We organized our traditional Christmas dinner for the first time in this place. After the experiences have been made, it will not have been the last reservation, because we were all pappsatt and very satisfied afterwards. I would rewrite the kitchen with the term cooking. We had traditional dishes such as the Rotbarschfilet, the band noodles with shrimps and the meat pan Rautzenberg, but also the season related foods such as chest or keule from the geese. However, the appetizers, e.g. the salmon with the freshly made friction cakes, are also highly recommended. Enjoy! We spent two very pleasant hours here with very good food, delicious drinks and a very attentive service.

We stayed for the second time in the reopened restaurant Rautzenberg. In Remscheid a fixed size for long years. Good kitchen, nice service pair. The new, very nice and attentive host connects seamlessly here. The rest of the staff is also very friendly. And the kitchen is really commendable. Whether crispy carving, pasta or tomato soup, all freshly prepared and very tasty. This also applies to Martinsgans. The restaurant is well visited, also by regular guests. A reservation on weekends is recommended. We're definitely coming back.
