Our family dinner at Ray 's was unfortunately marked by unprofessional service that overshadowed the restaurant 's charming atmosphere and decent food. Although I prefer not to leave unsatisfactory reviews, I do feel compelled to share some honest feedback, as this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we 've had. My husband had been wanting to try this place out for ages so I was able to get his family together for a dinner. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the attitude and professionalism of our assigned server. My recent visit to Ray's at Killer Creek was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the impeccable service provided by Genesis. From the moment we were seated, Genesis set the tone for a memorable evening with her warm greeting and genuine enthusiasm for ensuring our dining experience was flawless. I look forward to returning to Ray's at Killer Creek and experiencing their outstanding cuisine and service once again.

First time coming to this location and the hostess Courtney was welcoming and sweet and our service from our Waiter Malcolm might have trumped the food we ate. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made amazing suggestions along with his incredible personality. I would come again and request Malcolm every single time!

We reserved a Saturday morning, retirement brunch, and had the best time and the best service with Paige and the Restaurant staff, totally awesome!! Paige set everything up for us, and everything went wonderful, my kudos to her!

Service was excellent. The crab legs were too salty and my sister did not like the grouper but the rest of the food was excellent. Very pricey so could not go often.

Six of us went for Brunch on Sunday, we had a very good time, food was great includng the selection. Our server Johhny was great. Highly recommend.
