Worst service I 've ever experienced. When I walked in, the employee was on the phone and didn 't even consider hanging up as I began giving him my order. I ordered a tofu roll and two drinks. It took him a few minutes to get back to me and inform me that they were out of tofu, which I then replaced with a shrimp roll. It took him a ridiculous amount of time to make my shrimp, and I 'm sure it was due to the fact that he was more focused on his phone conversation than providing decent customer service. Huge fan of the mango milk tea at R B Tea in the Gardena branch. Whenever we stop by for playing pool at the Seoul Pool table place we grab a drink from R B. I was at Long Beach this time and had lunch nearby and looking for Boba Tea for the kids. Found that there is a R B Branch nearby so I thought I will try this one this time. The place is very well maintained, neat and clean. Plenty of options to choose from when it comes to drinks. Service is great, the drinks tasted great and good standard size drinks they have got. Well, I decided to try this place out since I love boba, milk teas, etc. Not going to name drop, but I 've been to many good boba places, but by far, this competes for the worst one I 've been to. The drinks taste bad, bitter, and no flavor. They clearly don 't have good ingredients or they don 't know how to make drinks. The point is Boba Lovers. Do not waste your time with this one! I literally could not finish my drink, had to throw it away....I would have asked for my money back, but this place seems like it 's failing anyway...so keep the money. We opted for delivery, which arrived in under 20 minutes. My husband tried the Hawaiian Fruit Black/Green Tea at 50% sweetness, and it was fantastic. The drink had the authentic taste of tropical fruits while still highlighting the intricate flavors of the tea. On the other hand, my Roasted Oolong Milk Tea featured lovely nutty and floral notes; however, I was not a fan of the Egg Custard. It lacked sweetness and flavor, and instead provided a slimy, chunky texture that honestly spoiled the drink for me. Despite this, I certainly plan to order from here again. Reserva una mesa ahora

On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, and the place is quite nice. They were also quick in preparing my order. Today is March 13, 2024, and I plan to return later this month or next month to give their drinks another chance. If there’s an improvement, I'll happily change my rating to five stars.

They shouldn't call themselves a tea house if they don't serve traditional hot tea. I was unable to find a decent hot jasmine green tea. Instead, they served me old, cold, oversteeped tea for $5. Even the boba tea just tasted like milk. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Drinks are ok and not bad but not good enough for me to crave and come back. If I happen to be in the area again and I want boba yes. Place is clean and staff is friendly and helpful
