Ready Set Play - Reservar una mesa

I have been visiting Ready Set Play for years with my kids and we’ve loved every visit. I don’t know what’s happened recently but it’s not like it use to be.We visited today and the tables had dirty food on them and were sticky. The chairs had something spilled on them that had dried and was also sticky. The prices have gone up considerably (which I understand) but the quality and quantity of food is lacking. The food toys are broken and dirty and one had mould on it.What use to be an affordable fun day out for the kids is now the complete opposite. Hopefully it improves or we will be looking for other indoor play spaces to go to.

My son attended this centre for a private birthday party.Drinks and hot food had been purchased (not included by the party).Staff came and cleared the table and threw out our bottled drinks and food that we weren 't finished with.When confronting multiple staff about this, I was met with a laugh followed by whoops! There was no offer to replace the bottled drink or food, that were paid for.The customer service here is beyond rubbish!

10/10 we had a party here tonight and we changed it last minute to suit the birthday child and flip out were so amazing they redesigned their plan to suit us not once but 2 times what an affordable easy option we are so happy thank you and would 100% reccomend for a party!

The staff are wonderful, helpful and keep the place immaculately clean! I was reluctant to go initially but on arrival I was pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely recommend this place for a fun day of all ages!
