Never in my life have I experienced such poor service, characterized by discrimination, rudeness, and unprofessionalism. As a new father, I feel so happy. Although the baby's nighttime crying made me feel a bit exhausted and emotionally drained. Upon seeing a promotion advertised in a flyer, I decided to purchase three cases of formula. Be cautious of their price-matching avoidance tactics. This store claims to match prices with T&T and No Frills, both of which are owned by Loblaws. This week, No Frills has a sale on Farmers Market brand onions, but magically, that brand has vanished from the shelves at RCSS. Last week, T&T advertised a sale on strawberries for $3.99, but RCSS refused to price match because the flyer didn't specify the weight. From the picture, it’s clear that it's a 454g pack. Thanks, Loblaws, for finding another way to disappoint your customers.
I visited on a Saturday at 4 PM and there were only four lanes open. The lines were moving slowly and it was frustrating. It seems like they aren't paying their employees enough, which is disappointing. Clearly, they are struggling to find staff to work here.
This store is consistently disorganized. Whenever I ask where an item is located, I receive three different answers regarding its section. I don't want to turn my shopping experience into a scavenger hunt, especially when I have to pay high prices at the end.

You’d want to go here if you like having a choice and like variety and diversity among the products. You wouldn’t if you can’t walk or don’t have the time to. Its big, costco big.
Large selection. Lots of parking. Relatively clean. Decent prices. Sections for alcohol, clothing, and some children's toys are available.
Very friendly service for Flash Food pickup as usual! I believe that is the result of a very good management and leadership!
Insufficient supplies of advertised items! Location is far, we make it on our way! Time will tell!
