Red Dragon Express

After reading many reviews, we decided to give Red Dragon Express a try. As a native New Yorker who is particular about Chinese food, I have been disappointed in Arizona for the past 22 years. However, Red Dragon Express pleasantly surprised us. We found that ordering freshly cooked items, rather than from the buffet, was the key. The restaurant is a small takeout joint, similar to Panda Express at first glance. While there are items available on the buffet line, most appeared to have been sitting there for a while. The food at this restaurant is fantastic. My family and I have visited several times. I only wish that the dining room was currently open.

I suggest giving the 'Mongolic Beef' a try. It is absolutely delicious!
