Red Fort Restaurant & Patio

This was the worst place I ever visited. We were so hungry saw the menu while walking in the Harrison downtown area thought it sounds good but oh my were we wrong. My husband was told cod fish and chips was on special that day so he ordered that and I ordered there red Thai curry we waited almost 30 min before our food arrived. So my food literally looked like someone puked curry and rice on a plate and that fish and chips were literally frozen fillets and so tiny (we were so disappointed that I forgot to take pics).There servers were horrible i asked for hot sauce in the beginning and had to remind two different servers that i asked for hot sauce (btw we were the only one sitting there) It...

When you pay $17 for a burger, you expect it to at least taste good. No so here! The meat was more breadcrumbs then beef. It was dry and had a terrible flavour. The bun was old dry bread as well with herbs that did not complement anything. There were supposed to be mushroom and bacon but they must have been hidden under the small amount of cheese. As for sauce...well...a tiny amount of what I will guess was a Chipotle mayo had soaked into the dry bun. I asked for some mayo to make this dry mess eatable but it was forgotten and had to be asked for again. Finally ended up with two little mayo packets to put on my now cold burger. A small handful of fries (obviously made from frozen) completed...

Manager was more than willing to put 6 tables together on the patio for us even though it was quite busy. Service was acceptable and the food for the most part, was good and portions generous. My husband had the salmon and said it was overcooked and fishy but being the fussy fish eater he is, should know better. Manger did push drinks which were overpriced and refills for pop were extra. At $3.50 to start with for pop, a bit unreasonable for kids but I know that's where they make their money. Would eat there again.

De zaak is absoluut niet gezellig en binnenin hangt er een plastieken geur. Het terras buiten heeft een mooi zicht maar helaas zijn het campingstoelen. Het eten was OK maar voor deze prijs kan je beter eten in The Black Forest. De porties waren net voldoende maar het was niet zo speciaal, eerder dagelijkse kost. De bediening is niet erg competent en de fooi wordt direct al bijgerekend op het kassaticket. Ok voor een snelle hap maar niet om gezellig te dineren.

Eat here with my wife, we ordered a starter and 2 mains. The good came out warm, not hot. The taste was bland for a curry and the chicken tasted like it was cooked a few days ago. $19 for a butter chicken curry was expensive for a small portion size. 1/4 cup of rice was on the plate. The majority of the plate was Nann bread.

The Food was good with nice portions. Not too small or too big. A nice menu to choose your food from. Service was a little slow but they were busy and maybe short staffed. I have been there a couple of times and will go back every time I Visit.

Great views from the deck area. Food was overpriced for the value. I had the fish tikka with overcooked rice and dry fish. Service was ok but food served slow. Decor is dated. I would recommend elsewhere for this money.

Incredible, that's the first word that comes to mind when thinking about this place. I can't help but wonder how this restaurant, and possibly others in Harrison, are able to stay in business.

Upon entering the restaurant and catching a whiff of the butter chicken, I immediately knew that would be my dinner choice. My partner opted for the Schnitzel.

Bad food, bad atmosphere, they made WAY too many mistakes (literally forgot the sauce for the chicken alfredo) and the only good thing is the view.
