We made a reservation for a party of 10, including 3 children, and were not informed that it was "fight night" and we would be asked to leave early. Some of the staff were quite disrespectful, blasting the sound system for checks while we were celebrating our son's birthday. The manager did adjust the bill to make up for the inconvenience, but it did not make up for our unpleasant experience. We would not consider returning to this restaurant.

We camto eat after my nephew’s play. The food was great and the decor was what you might see in a London pub. Though it was a pub it didn’t have that bar feel which was good because we had my yr old niece and yr old niece with us. It was a nice family place on a Sunday. And coming from Chicago I was pleasantly surprised at the availability of parking right out front.

We discovered that a reservation wasn't necessary for dinner that evening, but we were grateful that we made one anyway. We were able to make it to our subsequent commitment on time without any issues. The food was tasty and our waitress provided excellent service. We definitely plan on returning to the Red Lion!
Went because post trip to the UK and thought it would be fun to have steak and ale pies. Picture on website for the Tuesday special depicted authentic steak and ale pies; however, what they make are Shepards Pies with mashed potatoes on top, no crust--very disappointed...
