Red Lobster - Reserva de mesa

I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The place felt soaked, and it seemed like it could get wet at any moment. The servers appeared to be unsure of what they were doing, and the roof was in dire need of repairs. Overall, it was a very sad experience. Given the atmosphere and service, it should have been closed until the roof was fixed. There were only four tables open, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Mary was our server and she was incredible! I went out with my mom to celebrate my 21st birthday, and Mary went out of her way to be attentive and sweet the whole time!! She really went above and beyond and made us feel special, which made for a great evening : food was great and came out quickly!

How can a restaurant pass a health inspection when they serve customers near leaking water from the roof? If my friend hadn’t insisted on dining there, I would have walked out right away.
