I visited Red Lobster in Danville for the first time today. I attempted to order online, but had trouble communicating with the automated order taker. When I requested customer service, the person who answered the phone seemed frustrated. Despite these initial challenges, I arrived at the restaurant within 30 minutes. The exterior of the building appeared outdated and in need of maintenance. Inside, the restaurant looked dark and aged, with signs of neglect such as dusty shelves and unclean counters. We made reservations for a party. They charge 18% on everyone 's ticket just for the 'room '. We sat for over 30 minutes and no one asked us for drinks no bread nothing. I had to go find someone to get drinks and bread and couldn 't find anyone anywhere. They weren 't even busy,only 4 couples in the dining area. The food was good but the service was horrible.
I went to this restaurant for dinner and ordered a lobster and one pound of crab legs for $80. The crab legs were not a full pound and the lobster needed more cooking. The Brussel sprouts were burnt. I understand now why the parking lot is always empty. They can only seat 10 people inside and there was a wait.
We ate there last night. Horrible food. The lobster was more chewy then bubble gum. Even the biscuits was horrible. Everything about all the food was terrible. We all got sick afterwards. None of us finished our food. The bright side was the waiter was very nice and polite.Will not go back again.

Ordered rock lobster tail, shrimp scampi with Brussel spouts. Well…no rock lobster and no Brussel spouts available. Ordered broccoli instead. Waited 45 mins for food. Broccoli was rotten at stem. Manager picked up dishes and reduced our bill by $6.00. Do not recommend food. Waitress was good.
We dined at that restaurant and the food was absolutely awful. We definitely will not be returning, as we spent a lot of money on food that we didn't even enjoy. It's important to know how poor the quality is there, so I would not recommend it to anyone.
Service was extremely slow. Shrimp was burned and dry. This was a terrible visit. I have no plans to return. For the price paid , at least service should be good. Would not recommend this location to ANYONE!
The moment we walked into the restaurant, we received excellent service. The food was delicious and our waitress did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!
