My review and the service that we had 4/19 was last Saturday when we got there we wore a party of nine not thinking that we had to wait 2 1/2 hours to receive our food. The server we order our appetizer came out with the food. We had to wait additional 15 minutes for utensils and prior to that he had taken out order and when the order came back, they substitute for what they wanted us to have without even asking and some have allergies to food that was another red flag prior to the food coming out since we’re waiting so long, I asked to speak to the manager the manager never came. The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow and of poor quality. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to seat us, so we had to repeatedly try to get the attention of the bartender to call someone over. The bartender was rude and did not even acknowledge us. After waiting for an hour and a half, we were finally seated, only to wait another 2 1/2 hours to receive our food. Half of the items we ordered were not available, but instead of informing us, they simply replaced them without checking if we had any allergies. The New! Cheddar Bay Shrimp are good, but they didnt send the correct sauce, it was supposed to come with a loaded ranch sauce. The New England Clam Chowder Bowl was mostly liquid with barely any other ingredients thats the reason why I didnt give them five stars and because the wrong sauce was sent with the New! Cheddar Bay Shrimp. Lastly the House Side Salad is a nice size for the price and the Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits was hot, fresh and delicious.
Sat down with my wife and kid. Needless to say waitress was doing absolutely nothing and did not bother to come over to ask what we would like to drink or eat. Best thing about a red lobster is the biscuits. But I did not get any biscuits nor water nor servince. Sat there waiting for 15 minutes. Got up and went to TGI Friday's to have some microwaved frozen food.

Please don’t go there. Not enough people to serve, long waiting, so lobsters with taste of Clorox. Guys really ?? Check $430 (2 adults and 4 kids) for that kind of food. After that no more visits of Red Lobsters and don’t want any lobsters to eat for next couple of years. Actually disgusting experience.
My experience at this restaurant was top-notch. Queen, the host, seated my party of 6 and was both beautiful and polite. She welcomed us with a greeting and maintained eye contact, truly a lovely lady. She was very helpful with our children, knowing the menu well and assisting with their orders.
Went at night around 9:15 pm and we got a table. No one came to pick the order and when we asked the hostess, she asked us to wait while she ended what sounded like a personal call. Another disappointment. Not my favorite place anymore. TGIF is around the corner and all good over there.
This is the second time in six months that we have been neglected for service at this restaurant. We sat down and waited for 20 minutes, but not a single person approached us to take our drink order.

Red Lobster is beloved by all! Their famous biscuits are simply the best - so warm and flavorful. The staff is always kind and welcoming, and the ambiance is just as inviting.
Liquein was fantastic - she was an amazing hostess who assisted us right away, with a beautiful smile and top-notch service.
