Haven't been to the location in a long time but we thought we would give it another try. We went in on a Saturday night, expecting there to be a wait, especially because of Mother's Day weekend. My Mom and I waited about 15 minutes to be sat, but another 20 minutes at the table before our waitress even acknowledged us. Then we waited another 10 minutes before she greeted us and took our order. We ordered everything as soon as she greeted us. As we were looking around, 80% of the tables were empty. Seemed strange for a Saturday night. I understand everywhere is short staffed right now, but why seat us if the waitress isn't ready? The manager in training was more attentive to us than our waitr...

First of all, I'm not one who complains, at least not often. I've been a customer with red lobster for many years and love the food. With that? The sky sat us, she was not welcome and had bad eye contact when she greeted my daughters and me. On the way out, she didn't ask us how the food was and didn't invite us to come back. Miguel was our waiter, he forgot to bring us our cookies. Was minimal in intervention, only checked for us after dinner. Overall poor waiter service. I hope management will correct this problem. I'm disappointed.

I like red lobsters! It is a quiet place where you can have a good time with your family. You have good drinks and the food is very good. The only thing I don't like is that the dish I ordered had too much butter and I felt it was very salty. I didn't really enjoy the food. I ordered a plate with shrimp, lobster and salmon. accompanied by rice and potatoes. it was bathed in butter, which I could not enjoy the taste of the dish. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend the restaurant:

The service at this Red Lobster was excellent. Despite being busy, we were seated immediately and everything was perfectly prepared. I had the fish n chips and my wife had the grilled shrimp. Calvin was one of the best waiters I have ever had - he was friendly, prompt, attentive, and even refilled my drink 6 times without hesitation. I adore Red Lobster Restaurant. My daughter, her husband, and grandson took me there for my Mother's Day dinner. It was a nice treat after my surgery to get out of the house. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress was fantastic, although I regret not getting her name. As a senior, I wish they offered senior discounts, but overall, I love this restaurant.

This restaurant is fantastic when they have their all you can eat shrimp special, but it is quite expensive otherwise. I have only been asked to leave once during one of their all you can eat events. I had over 200 shrimp and 8 orders of rolls, which was a great deal for the price.

I have always been a fan of Red Lobster, so I was pleased to find one nearby when I needed to meet a friend up north. Despite my soup being served lukewarm, lunch was overall very enjoyable. The restaurant met my expectations for Red Lobster's quality and service.

This place is amazing. I have been coming here since they first opened over 30 years ago. I have never had a negative experience. The food is always outstanding and the service is excellent. My only complaint is that I wish they would bring back the crab cakes. Reserva una mesa ahora
