absenteeness at the door without manager before suck. table was dirty, sticky and overcrowded with promotional items, seasoning and payment pad. Eating was moderate to say the least and service was okay. when we presented an OpenTable gift certificate, the server immediately went two tables to her manager who had eaten 1 and 1/2 hours. calvin domingue (manager) has given its manager access card to the server to do its job for them. further help was needed so that he decided to stand up and work. the manager in the attack of the operations, could not find out, and his best was going on to come to the table without hallo, good evening and the certificate. after that he insulted me and hospited...

We were seated and ignored. We sat there and watched other customers get drinks, bread, and give their orders. We experienced seeing other people being served with smiles. No smiles for us! My husband had to ask someone to wait on us. By the time we finally were served our meals, my order was wrong, dripping with oil and my husband was served RAW lobster. The manager came so much later to check on the raw lobster and clearly made assumptions as if we were expecting it to be free. My husband made it clear that he just wanted a cooked lobster not a complete meal replacement. This dining experience was awful. This definitely ruined my husband's Father's day.

I am unsure of how to fully describe my experience at this restaurant other than to say that the food was good, but not exceptional, the atmosphere was pleasant, but nothing special, and the prices were fair, but not outstanding. The standout aspect of our visit was our server, a kind Hispanic woman who provided excellent service. We were fortunate to have a $50 gift card, which helped offset the cost of our meal. Overall, I am grateful for the chance to dine out, but I am relieved that we did not have to pay the full bill. While I typically do not like to give ratings below five stars, it just doesn't feel right in this case.

We were disappointed to visit Red Hummer for their seafood festival, only to find out it was only available Monday to Friday. My husband's shrimp and steak were not fresh, the French fries were overcooked, but the coleslaw was good. My Admiral's Feast was also disappointing - the scallops were tiny, the flounder had no flavor, and even the rice was crunchy and oily. I couldn't even get my cats to eat the leftovers. It was good, at the begging was afraid to enter because the parking lot was almost empty. First thing aI notice was the tank with lobsters in there, walking thru our table notice filthy floor, food leftovers on the floor and nobody take care of that. The biscuits they serve are awesome I love them, for starter we order Langostino lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip. The staff was always with a smile and helpful.

The waitress was very friendly. It was kind of dark in there. Very empty. Long Island had less taste than tea, endless shrimp all kinds had no taste. We wanted extra garlic butter for them who had no taste. It took 15 minutes to get your next refill of 7 shrimps. Even if you have ordered when you get your food. Don't go back.

we took someone in front of us. after another person was sat to the host stand. tables were dirty, he had to wipe them off. we were sitting for one who was never recognized, so we left
