Red Lobster - Reservar una mesa

I have to admit, I told myself last time that it would be the last time.... The Cajun chicken pasta was delicious and beautifully presented, but I can make better pasta myself. The prices have gone up and there were no noodles or salad included. I hope I won't make the same mistake again. What happened to the strips of chicken over pasta with Cajun seasoning and green peppers on top?

Unfortunately, the cashier does not seem to be very well-informed. They mistakenly thought an online order was unpaid, but eventually realized the error without saying anything. It's possible they were already aware of the mistake. I mentioned it to them before leaving and they corrected it, but only halfheartedly. It was a very disappointing experience with poor service.

I had a great experience at this restaurant thanks to the exceptional manager! Despite some mistakes with my order, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I had to drive back to fix the error, but it was worth it to meet her. Thank you Red Lobster for the excellent service!

The Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo was fantastic! The Spinach Lobster Artichoke was also delicious.

The service was top-notch, Cody was friendly and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
