I used to go to this Red Lobster all the time lately it's way overpriced almost doubling the amount of each entree price wise while depleting the amount of food in the entree I got the ultimate feast it cost a fortune, the lobster tail was so small thatthe claw on a regular Lobster would be more meat ,the shrimp were tiny they didn't give me a salad with it I always got a saladwith it I was with 10 other people it cost us a fortune and we were still hungry, don't think I'll be going there anymore sadlyhad some good times good food in the past there. don't know what happened stay away it was empty anyway people are getting theidea what's going on they don't want to waste money ,it hurts to pa...
We visited Red Lobster for my mom's birthday while we were in Vermont. The restaurant wasn't too busy, with about 16 people in our section. Our waiter, Danny, was a nice guy with a good personality, but he talked a bit too much. It took over 15 minutes for him to greet us and another 15 for our drinks to arrive. After we ordered our food and appetizers, Danny quickly dropped off the food and left without stopping at our table. He didn't take the time to listen to us or respond to our requests. We waited for over 2 hours and still hadn't been offered coffee, dessert, or to-go boxes. Danny's service was disappointing and we felt neglected throughout the meal.
I went to Red Lobster with my mom and my dad, this was the first time we ever went to Red Lobster and it was absolutely delicious!!We had calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and for the main course I had Maine Lobster Tail with Sirloin steak, dad had garlic shrimp scampi with rice, and mom had popcorn shrimp with french fries!It was all so delicious!!I would highly recommend coming here!!I also had a $50 E-Gift card that I won on Twitter back in February. We used it to get $50 off the bill, I would definitely wanna come back here again one day!!And those cheddar bay biscuits were so delicious!!And the employees were very kind!
Food was ok. Food took a long time to get to the table..We went on a Wednesday night..maybe not enough workers. I didn't order any appetizers/starters..so we had to wait over a half hour watching those who did order starters eat..We we're a party of 6with one server. We waited until everyone got their plate before eating. Food started to get cold..food tastes like homecooking..I ordered just grilled chicken and a baked potatoes..I don't eat seafood..but my granddaughter loved her hugesmorgasbord platter..that's what was important..??

Sangria was excellent. So was the service until it was time to get the bill. The server just disappeared, so I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes after I had finished your meal, just looking around. Not cool. The food was and is just ok. Much better places at this price point. I Really only went there because I had a gift card.
The service was absolutely horrible. The girl at the front desk was rude and had an attitude towards everyone that came in. My waiter ignored us. I asked for water and did not get it until I made a complaint. The biscuits were not fully cooked. I've been to this location several times but this time was the worst I've experienced.
Big shoutout to Kaily! She was extremely friendly and polite during our meal. She even took the time to train a new employee. The food was fantastic. I ordered the Fish and Chips, but was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the Shrimp Tacos were. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
We were seated immediately, and our server was fantastic! She was attentive, professional, and incredibly sweet. The food was prepared exactly to our liking, and the drinks were amazing.

Great customer service experience received by Culinary Manager Taniqua Tobias. Seafood was fresh delicious enjoyed by my family. Definitely recommend the Copiague, NY location.
