"Came out for lunch to celebrate a birthday. Our server, Michelle, was excellent. We enjoyed the Parrot Island Shrimp, Sailors Platter and of course the Cheddar Biscuits. Everything arrived at our table hot and deliciously cooked. Coffee was great too!"

I travel to work and I? ve was three times in this restaurant because after the first bad experience I decided to follow it and to follow it another shot and the second experience I had was OK, so I decided to go back what was a mistake, and the third time was even worse than the first time. Many things went wrong, even the simple simple things like my glass was dirty and not getting silverware and not checked for 25 minutes, although I got the endless shrimps. In addition, the bartender didn't know if she had Bourbon and then after I told her what was Bourbon, she didn't know what was an old fashion. The food itself was fine and I would probably? more shrimp Has someone asked me instead of running out of time and just getting out. So when I went out of the bartender, the bartender told me that the kitchen was busy although I was the only one at the bar and when she gave me my tab, she literally stood right in front of me and watched/waited for me to sign it and give it back to her. I will certainly not come back here and I would strongly advise you to give him a second thought if you plan to come here.

Our server was great. My husband enjoyed his shrimps. I ordered a Ceasar Salad and a Sirloin Steak (for I see carbohydrates) and wow the Sirloin Steak was the hardest steak I had. I make Sirloin Steak quite often in my oven, so I'm pretty picky with Steak and her was pretty bad. I know it is a seafood place, but at least do not serve items if they are unable to grill a good quality cut of meat. Also the Ceasar Salad was drowned in the dressage and was soggy.

When we want Red Lobster, we drive all the way from Champaign to eat at this location because the food is always exactly as it should be. Steaks are always cooked perfectly and food is on point every time! It is not the most updated location in terms of design and it feels old, but again, the food is GOOD. We usually get steak, lobster, crab legs, muscles, and some shrimp. My only complaint is they use bagged lettuce for salad and you can taste it.

I was here four times. Mostly food is great, but sometimes some lower decisions slip through cracks. Lobster Bisque was not good, shrimp was amazing, broccoli was once cooked over, cookies are always great. Simply sometimes hit or miss, but in general the duck is quite delicious.
