I travel for work and I’ve been to this restaurant three times now because after the first bad experience, I decided to follow it up and give it another shot and the second experience I had was OK so I decided to go back again which was a mistake, and thethird time was even worse than the first time. Many things went wrong even the simple easy stuff like my glass being dirty andnot getting silverware and not being checked on for 25+ minutes even though I got the endless shrimp. On top of this thebartender didn’t know if she had bourbon and then after I told her what bourbon was, she did not know obviously what an oldfashion is. We don't visit this restaurant often, but we had a great experience and will definitely be back. The quality of the dishes, such as the salmon, shrimp, biscuits, and rice, was outstanding. My wife had a lobster dish (without the shell) with crab, which she really enjoyed. She looks for healthy options with great flavor, and this meal received a big thumbs up from her. I ordered a dish in the $20 range and had enough leftovers for the next day because it was so delicious. My wife had a dish in the $10 range, and we brought home her baked potato and dressings along with my leftovers. The sauce was amazing, we should have taken a photo to show you.

Absolutely terrible. Our server was incredibly rude and inattentive, spending more time chatting with her friend at another table than attending to our needs. It took 20 minutes just to get a drink refill and over 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive, which came out cold as ice. The lettuce in our salad was old and brown, and the taste of cold seafood was unpleasant. Even requesting a to-go box was met with a long wait. Our server was great. My husband enjoyed his shrimp. I ordered a Ceasar Salad and a Sirloin Steak (because I am watching carbohydrates) and wow the Sirloin Steak was the toughest steak I 've had. I make Sirloin Steak in my oven pretty often so I 'mpretty picky with Steak and theirs was pretty bad. I know it 's a seafood place but at least not serve items if they areincapable of grilling a good quality cut of meat. Also the Ceasar Salad was drenched in dressing and was soggy.

I make Sirloin Steak quite often in my oven, so I'm pretty picky with Steak and her was pretty bad. I know it is a seafood place, but at least do not serve items if they are unable to grill a good quality cut of meat. Also the Ceasar Salad was drowned in the dressage and was soggy.

When we want Red Lobster, we drive all the way from Champaign to eat at this location because the food is always exactly as it should be. Steaks are always cooked perfectly and food is on point every time! It is not the most updated location in terms of design and it feels old, but again, the food is GOOD. We usually get steak, lobster, crab legs, muscles, and some shrimp. My only complaint is they use bagged lettuce for salad and you can taste it.

I was here four times. Mostly food is great, but sometimes some lower decisions slip through cracks. Lobster Bisque was not good, shrimp was amazing, broccoli was once cooked over, cookies are always great. Simply sometimes hit or miss, but in general the duck is quite delicious. Came out for lunch to celebrate a birthday. Our server, Michelle, was excellent. We enjoyed the Parrot Island Shrimp, Sailors Platter and of course the Cheddar Biscuits. Everything arrived at our table hot and deliciously cooked. Coffee was great too!
