Thank you to the management of Red Lobster in Lanham, MD! I had a wonderful experience during my visit today. The staff and service were exceptional! My food arrived hot, and the margarita flight was quite strong; the watermelon margarita was my favorite. My husband and I enjoyed the lobster and shrimp, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I had a lovely time and will definitely return. It was such an improved experience compared to my previous visits. The manager, whose name I believe is Antwaan, even gave me a $10 certificate to use on my next visit. I can't wait to come back for more margaritas!
I think our server was new. I have been to several Red Lobster location and ordered shrimp linguini, and my shrimp never had the tails on them. I questioned my server, but he just had a no real answer for me. I ordered a salad and that came after my entree. Another person ordered some scallops, and he forgot to put the order in. Then we got a Pepsi in a crack glass. We complain about the glass but not the service. We were just done and wanted to get out of there. The manager did give us a discount. I left a tip for the server, but it's not a nice one. I won't be going back to this location. ??
This is the closest Red Lobster to my house however I typically go to Annapolis. I placed an order and waited for my confirmation. Then the confusion started. I never received the confirmation but since I had already arrived I called to confirm. I was on hold 15 minutes and told I didn’t have an order. I went in the restaurant to reorder and decided to share with the lady that I thought I ordered gave my name and she said it was placed. I asked if they stopped selling the cheese cake because it wasn’t showing on site. She said yes and there is a problem with the site! Do better!
Terrible As we entered the door there was no hostess there to greet us, hostess then came out of nowhere with no bedside manner siping on a drink, very unprofessional( still wasn’t greeted), she then took us to the seat waited about 10-15 minutes before someone acknowledged us, when the server finally came it was like she didn’t want to be at work. I have been to this Red Lobster before years ago and it was nothing like this. I won’t be coming back, very unprofessional.

FOOD POISONING!!Family went in yesterday to have dinner 3/31/24 we all tried some the Alfredo pasta with lobster and a couple hours after we all started feeling sick.Will never be returning to this location.Please do better as far as cleanliness and hygiene and or making sure the food is not cross contaminated or expired when preparing people's food to serve it to them! Even the women's bathroom was dirty the sink handles look so nasty with mold on them.
To my surprise, the restaurant was much cleaner than I remembered, including the men's restroom. The staff were cheerful, professional, and attentive. The food actually tasted good this time, and the margarita flight was strong but not overpowering. If they maintain this quality, I hope they won’t have to face bankruptcy after all.
I'm done with Red Lobster the quality went down. I went in December and my order came out sloppy and cold. They spilled A1 sauce on my Lobster.Today I ordered Door Dash and spent $30 and the Shrimp Alfredo didn't have the right noodles and the sauce was rotten I couldn't even eat it.
My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years, but recently they've changed their menu. Now, we get less food for higher prices. Some of the entrées contain less meat, and the sides are sold separately. It's completely disappointing, and I won't be coming back.

The food and atmosphere was wonderful but there were only 2 or 3 services for the night so everything thing came out late or the response time for request was slow.
It's some time good but they got good service there?
