Food was about a 3. It was what you would usually expect from a Red Lobster, lots of shrimp and delectable cheddar bay biscuits. So why the 5 stars you ask. Our server Bishop was a 7 averaging the overall rating to a 5. If my drink only had another sip left, he somehow sensed it and was there asking for another refill. If our cheddar bay biscuits were getting low, he would have another basket on deck. As we were finishing our fried calamari, bam entrees were getting served. He truly understood the cadence of a red lobster meal. Advice to management, have this man train all your servers. I entered the restaurant and saw the hostess texting in hear phone near the kitchen, and i took a seat. After a few minutes she came very rudely asking why i took a seat by myself, i asked why she wasn’t in her place doing her job , instead of texting out or her spot. Then, she left and nobody came to get my order. I think it was a personal revenge of her, and i had to left without even seeing the menu. It happened 08/25 around 15pm and the restaurant was completely empty of costumers (maybe because this trash service). Worst red lobster ever

that was my second time, and we decided to give the place another shooting. eating was better than the first time. the cookies were buttery and soft and less salty than the first time. I loved the seafood pizza, it is good for a person or as a starter. we also ordered the grilled lobster, razor and salmon. it was good that the rice was amazing. it looked bigger in the menu and they can't share it. I felt $37 is expensive for it.

we went there on Saturday. the waiting period was 30 minutes wishing that we expected it was Saturday and busy evening meal. the service was initially slow, we waited for so long for our waitress. We had a great experience. The good was excellent. The service was on point. I would highly recommend if you are in the mood for seafood with the family, visiting this location. They even allowed my son to pet a lobster.Kid-friendliness: A nice kids menu selection and even lid themed drinks.

the taste of eating was simply not hot, the service was slow. we had a new waitress and she wasn't properly trained. we had a good look and she didn't know how to use them. we have done everything in the end. but I wouldn't return to this place. parking: in the back for not disabled.

Surf and turf used to be rock lobster and now its a shriveled up main lobster. My husbands steak was spoiled. The manager did try to accommodate, but the food was horrible. Red Lobster is not what it once was. No need to go back.

the food has improved and has increased the cost. we enjoyed the meal and the increased pricing was worth the better experience.

Lobster meat was overcooked. Flounder was tasty and good.
