I and my friend (from Europe) were on business trip and I took him to red lobster and wanted to show him how great seafood tastes in USA. I used to be a big fan of red lobster and I visited after a long time. I was totally disappointed, the food was cold including the cheddar biscuits, no flavor in the food. Felt like it was frozen food and just warmed up. Except the shrimp, I wasn't happy with anything that was in the meal and neither my friend liked his meal. I tried their salmon, shrimp and lobster meal and my friend tried their ultimate lobster. It was just lot of butter but no flavor in the food. When we went to pick up the order, nobody cared to ask what was our order or even greet but...
We came for the day of the father and it seemed to be a long waiting line that is understandable, as the restaurant seems hard to be understated. The hostess looked curious and said the waiting time was about an hour, but we thought it was worth it as it was our first time. Surprising, after 15 minutes we set ourselves. Maybe most people gave up too soon or decided to get. We all have the special menus and it was delicious! Not disappointed!

Went around 3:30pm on a Tuesday. Was one of maybe a dozen total guests. Servers were also hostessing, bussing tables, and making drinks but the service was still swift and we were just happy they had enough staff to serve us. Waitress was friendly and brought us everything was asked for in a timely manner. I was delighted with the Ultimate Feast I ordered. (Lobster tail hiding under the crab legs). Yummmmmm.
