Red Lobster - Reservar una mesa

If I could give this spot ZERO stars that would be MORE accurate. You could not PAY me to ever go back to this location. First I asked for surf and turf filet mignon and medium rare steak. I get shrimp and well done has been there all day steak. Then I finally get lobster and a sirloin they say is filet mignon. No it was not a filet mignon at all as soon I bit into it was tuff and hard. On top of that they took forever to serve us. They sat us under a freezing table they kept saying they would turn it off and they didn't. The other food we got was horrible. The shrimp was over done. I went here to meet my sisters for a late lunch and came from Lansing because this USE TO BE THE BEST LOCATION AROUND!!! We had assorted food and I asked for a med steak, got a BURNT ONE waitress was awesome and took it back the next one was rare!!! I gave up and just brought it home. We all looked forward to the biscuits but AGAIN were so disappointed in the quality of them. They were hard and so dry even putting butter on them didn't help. My sister got the crab legs and she said they tasted old. My other sister got fish and chips and said it was good. So at least one of us was satisfied. I'm not sure what happened to this establishment but I won't be back.. SO SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN U RE...

While on a road trip, we decided to stop by Red Lobster for dinner because my husband has NEVER BEEN TO A RED LOBSTER!!! What?!?!?! I knew that I HAD to introduce him to those biscuits, those wonderfully buttery, cheesy, cheddary biscuits. The biscuits were great, of course. What inspired me to write this review was how sincere and great the service was. One of our orders was messed up; the waiter and manager apologized and fixed it quickly. They took the order off our bill. Great customer service!

we ordered a extra shrimp scampi that we never got, and after waiting 32 minutes for the waiter to come back to the table we left. After talking to the manager about it, she said the next time we come in to just let her know, and it 'll be taken care of. We went back two weeks later. I Spoke with the manager, Melissa and she said: oh, we will make sure everything goes smoothly we never got the scampi replaced that I paid for. The front of house is quite rude, and management is a joke.

We waited 2 and 1/2 hours and didn't get service. We did get apps however they were not great.
