Made a reservation online for 7PM.Arrived at restaurant 6:53 PM and checked in with the hostess at the door. She asked me to write my name on a paper and said the wait was 20 minutes. Again, I told her I made a reservation. She told me to sit and I would be called. Three groups of people were taken before my group. When I asked why I was still waiting, I couldn't understand what she was said. When I said excuse me, her response was I wasn't speak to you. she ignored me by speaking to a co-worker. By this time it was 7:15 and no promise of a table. I left and went to a different restaurant. Front door person was very rude and unprofessional with no customer service skills. No manager in sight...
Horrible experience first there was 45-60 min wait time. Then when assigned a seat the waitress told the escort that the selected section for us is closed but agreed for us to sit but looked annoyed. When she came over she complained that she’s overwhelmed and overworked and is extremely exhausted. Horrible table manners folks in front of us got up and left . The food was also very oily and tasteless. Awful experience . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I highly recommend trying the new menu, which offers diverse and exciting flavors. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic. For dinner, expect to spend around $30–50 per person. I particularly enjoyed the Caesar Salad, Rangoon Shrimp, and Crab Legs. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits and Cheddar Biscuits are also must-tries! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience at Red Lobster today. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were very polite and friendly. The food was excellent—I enjoyed the fish, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits, all of which were delicious. Overall, it was a great meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lack of sauce on my Garlic Linguini Alfredo didt get the apple juice with the kids meal but at least my Half Dozen Cheddar Bay Biscuits were warm
Our server was fantastic. Although I can't recall his name, he was friendly, attentive, and well-informed. He had brown skin and wore locs.
My new Shrimp Your Way Choose Four Bundle arrived cold, and my shrimp Alfredo was missing. Additionally, the steak was overcooked.
I'm sorry, but the fried lobster didn't taste like lobster at all, everything tasted the same, but not like lobster!

I spent about $66.00 at Red Lobster, but I didn’t earn any points on the app. I hope to rectify this tomorrow.
