I haven't been in a Red Lobster for 10 years and I was surprised to see how bad it happened. We went between the rush to avoid waiting, but when we went in the door, it felt like the whole light was closed, and nobody worked the Hostess station. After about 5 minutes waiting on the front, while the waiting staff went back and forth, someone came out to put us. At this point I noticed that most tables were not in operation and the floors had a ton of food on them. Our waiter was kind and was helpful when we saw him, but not really looking at us very much. Now for dinner. That's where you really got dumped. The Cheddar beech biscuits do not taste the same, it was basically like a flour biscuit without taste. The Lobster cloged Flounder was a big farewell. The fish was over boiled and the seafood stuffing was basically mush. The little pieces of Lobster on the top were that they saved grace. The Cheeseburger revolves around what one would expect from a place that makes seafood, so I have nothing good or bad to say about it. The highlight here was the Sesam Soja Salmon Bowl. The soy ginger glaze is very well balanced with the spring mix Brussel sprouts and Orzo. That would be the only thing I would have. literally everything on the menu is roughly overpriced; even for being in CO. There are far too many good opportunities for high quality seafood here to waste your time or money on mediocrity.
