We had a very long wait because of the kitchen staff being under staffed for the night. However it didn't stop them from making sure we had a great experience. This place has hit rock bottom! I don't suggest visiting this location at all anymore. I really could not believe how nasty the restaurant was! If it looks that bad out front, how does it look in the back?????? GROSS. I went on a Thursday at around 4:30pm and the restaurant was 90% empty. Not one soul was waiting to be seated, but for some reason the hostess told me it would a 10 minute wait. The booth she sat us in was unbelievably dirty. It 's a Tuesday evening. There is nobody at the host stand when you enter. Two minutes go buy until a server comes over to seat us. This should have been enough of a red flag, and we should have just left. The restaurant smells musty. The carpet is obviously dirty and has retained the odor of stains and splatters not cleaned in ages. We are sat without a full set of menus. As we wait at least 15 minutes to meet our server, we 've had enough time to decide-on and place our dinner order. After 20 minutes of my drink not arriving, I manage to flag our server to cancel it. Visited this restaurant for my aunties bday and I was impressed. I didn't have red lobster since 2 years ago and I was very skeptical. But to my surprise I enjoyed my meal and my dessert. I ordered the ultimate feast that came with crab legs, lobster, garlic shrimp, fried shrimp and two sides . Worth every bit of $45. However I did substitute the garlic shrimp for grilled shrimp and the fried shrimp for the coconut shrimp and they charged extra for the switch lame) .. I ordered on May 29th from the Red Lobster located on Route 22 in Union NJ. The Manager Sam was so helpful making sure I received everything I ordered because I was missing something before and I didn't want that issue again. Sam and I spoke a couple of times he personal went to the kitchen to check my Order and the Lobster Dip Shrimp Your Way Meal was Excellent once it got to me. Thanks Again Sam for the Great Customer Service.
Ambiance, restaurant is struggling, would be sad to see them go. I used to be a regular, I hated having to wait even though restaurants was visibly empty. I stopped going because of that. However, almost always left Satisfied. In my opinion with some major restructuring on the management side restaurants can survive. Food is excellent
I would like to have red lobster. Unfortunately for me and many others their prices are not the best. In my area most people are poor. People are getting fed up at the grocery stores. And Red Lobster, I don't think you will be able last. Every time i drive past there it looks like no one is there.
Another successful trip to Red Lobster. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated by our waiter Alan. He was very attentive as he was there to respond to our every need. The food was delicious as usual.

Horrible service waited an hour for our drinks! When the food came it was cold. They took way too long to bring more shrimp! Will not recommend.
The Food was amazing, I loved it. The Service was very good. They have great communication!
