The waitress wiped something off the glass before pouring my drink. When I politely asked for a new glass, she rolled her eyes and took my drink back to the kitchen. I explained that I just wanted to warm up a spot on the glass because it was too foamy. Three minutes later, she returned with the exact same beer in the same glass, just topped off with a little extra beer, bringing back a now lukewarm drink. As a result, I ended up paying eight dollars for a beer I never even took a sip of. It made me question whether the plates and other glasses were actually cleaned properly. This experience damaged my trust and felt really unfair.

It had been a while since we last visited Red Lobster, but we decided to stop by after my son's football practice because he wanted to try something new. He ordered the popcorn shrimp and thought it was quite good – definitely a fun introduction to seafood! I had the Salmon New Orleans, which exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it. Overall, our experience was enjoyable. However, the service was quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. Additionally, the cookies were served a bit cold and didn’t taste as good as I remembered. Still, we plan to return in about a year.

As for my crab legs, which cost $41 per pound, they were a struggle to eat. The bowls were too soft from overcooking, and the crabs themselves were quite small. They were served lukewarm as well. To top it all off, I had to wait half an hour to get my meal finished, which was frustrating. For a total of $150, I expected much better quality and service. After reflecting on the experience while writing this review, I realized that giving it three stars might actually be too generous.

My family and I dined here for my birthday, and it was one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. The food was delicious, flawless, and well portioned, I was especially happy to see stuffed flounder back on the menu. I went for my annual endless shrimp and birthday meal. The food was delicious, although I recall the mashed potatoes being seasoned during my last visit, and this time they tasted a bit plain. I also want to highlight our fantastic server, Zach. He was incredibly pleasant and managed his entire section without missing a beat. Make sure to keep him around!

The restaurant was extremely busy for a Saturday, but we only had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Our waiter was fantastic, constantly keeping our drinks and biscuits filled. The food was great, just like always. Next time, I need to try something different and save some space for dessert!

The food at this restaurant was outstanding, although there was a loud birthday party happening behind us. Our waitress seemed to be new, but she managed everything effectively. Despite a few minor disruptions, I would certainly think about coming back to this place in the future.
