I have a little different experience than most. My father and I went to Cartersville location for lunch, which was fantastic, btw, but on our way out my 86 year old dad fell. He busted his head open and it knocked him out for about 30 seconds. The manager and a waitress named Jamie came to our aid . A couple of customers were there that called 911 and held an umbrella over him to keep the sun off him. They stayed with us the entire time as well. I wished I could have gotten their names. I was a basket case watching my elderly father on the ground bleeding so badly. Jamie dropped everything and drove us to the hospital. They were all my heroes today! We arrived for dinner on a Saturday night at 8 PM and noticed many empty tables. One server was focused on cleaning off tables, but unfortunately, no one came to our table or took our drink order. After waiting for 15 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, the waitress who was cleaning tables did wish us a good evening. This has been our experience every time we've visited—consistently poor service.
Ordered curbside while after waiting for the food after they had texted me saying food was on its way but took long to come out. My stuffed flounder was so cold, asparagus could noteven eat and rice cold had to warm it up in microwave.. Cheddar bay biscuits crumbled and torn but at least that's the only thing that tasted good... Very disappointed was my birthday dinner...
Been getting lunch to go here for about 3 years now. They always have it hot and ready when I pick it up. Inside is clean and has a great atmosphere. They food is delicious!

The prices were astonishingly high! The food didn't seem fresh at all. I could have easily purchased frozen items from Ingles! I won't be returning.
Food and drinks were so good!! Hope you get Jaime as your server, she is very friendly and makes your visit very nice
Great restaurant. Friendly and helpful servers. From cheese biscuits to crab legs, you cannot go wrong.
Our food was very good, and the service was very good also. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient.
