Red Lobster Garden Grove

This was a takeout order number 2E83B . This place continuously disappoints with the quality of food. I ordered A dozen cheddar bay biscuits, lobster baked potato and lobster linguine. The biscuits were dry, overcooked and did not have the buttery garlic herb seasoning. The lobster were overcooked on all the dishes. I was served with plain spaghetti noodles topped with overcooked lobster, my dish was not tossed in lobster sauce. This place lacks quality management. I drove back to Red Lobster to get my order corrected but I was given the same poor quality food. I do not recommend this location. we went to this red lobster for the birthday of my father, and I must tell you, and I don't give these kinds of reviews easy, it was one of the best experiences of my life. we had a rather big party, but the quality of the customer service shocked me, I didn't know that people can be so polite and attentive. this manager, I think christina was her name, made sure that all our needs were met, and she had the best smile, made us all very happy. I will recommend this special red lobster to all my friends. thanks again for the best service!

Eating is extremely tasty. is a great place to go for a special event like birthday. they have made available to these places various times with great service. child-friendly and eating is very fresh. red lobster certainly has the best lobster in the city. Make sure they have to train a bit after they have finished their meal. 1 feb 19/2022 service was slow when I left today, but I can't complain as it is due to kovid. the food was still good and the staff was still super friendly. there had to be something else.

our waiter was great and eating was good. but their system crashed when we were ready to pay. an hour waited for what they said would take only ten minutes and we had to pay in cash and what our total amount was just to try to wait from there after an hour. but there was no possibility to seek income for anyone or pay. The food was 3 stars, but the service was good (hence the 4 stars). The lobster and the fried shrimp was ok but the crab, pasta, and the other foods including soup were either bland or really really salty. Of course, everyone has different tastes. I saw lots of people enjoying themselves, so your mileage may vary.

Our food was delicious and our waitress was great. But the hostess at the front who seats you has a bit of an attitude so for that reason alone and I would say maybe go visit another Red lobster. We've been to several and this is the only one that seems to have issues their service.

the service at this place was great, by the hostess welcomed us when we brought this to our places, the waiter who was super attentive interaktiw with my children and made sure that our drinks were filled and needs met. the food was great! fun place to dinner every day of the week.

the restaurant was very clean, very pleasant environment. the location is great and easy to reach. the waiter was very helpful and polite. the only consortium, was that the restaurant a little dated and needs some updating

The server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food arrived hot and delicious. We especially enjoyed the shrimp, dinner rolls, and steak!
