This was the 1st time my husband and I been out to eat in 2years because of covid. I got to the restaurant first and ask the server if we could be seated away from others. First she talked to me very rude and said there was only two severs, so she sat me near two other couples. She did so because she said she didn't want to forget us. I asked another server if we could sit in the first ares where there was only one couple and he said yes. We waited for 30 minutes and no one came to even give us a menu. Oh my goodness I have been going to the wrong Red Lobster in Columbus! This was the best Red Lobster experience I have had. The other location at the strip mall had me done Red Lobster, service was horrible there including waiting forever for the horrible service. I was hesitant about the location, I was driving pass it on my way to Waffle House and decided to try it. My mom used to bring me here every single weekend growing up and I loved it, then it changed. My family and I visited the restaurant on Sunday, March 27th. The restaurant was very busy and it was obvious to see that they were trying their very best to take care of everyone. We watched the employees and the manager serve tables, clean areas for people to sit and work their hardest. We were most impressed with the manager on duty that night Miranda. We watched her deal with quite a few unruly and unreasonable guests, that blamed her and the staff for things that obviously weren’t her or their fault. That woman really deserves a raise and a bonus. We will definitely be back again and I hope Miranda is working so I can personally let her know what a great job she’s doing.
Restaurant was empty it was just us and another table . Our server Charly was working togo and had us but was ending her shift so Demeka took over very sweet ladies and hard working but we didnt get our second order for endless shrimp or refills . That poor server was stuck on togo and couldnt get to us . I know everywhere is short staffed . It was just all bad celebrating my daughter birthday. The manager was very nice and acomadating. Im giving 5 stars still cause they are trying their best with the help they have but we will not come back . Good luck ladies hope it gets better.

this was a very good experience from a place I never really go to when I am hungry. I had the garlauch linguini alfredo, cheddar bay biscuits, and the crispy Brussels spines. the meal was very tasty through and through. I will order this special eating definitiw again!
Seafood was good, Clean. Courteous staff. Some of seafood was tastless without the butter and seasonings. I suspect not wild caught as advertised in menu. I did eat with the butter! It is a chain restaurant so can't expect perfection on food. Was enough for 2 meals!
I love this place I come here often and the service is always excellent I have never had to wait for a seat ever. They have really good food the waitresses are great they always are on super nice. I recommend them anytime your looking for some good seafood.
Well, I went on date with the hubby and the food was great. Really enjoyed our waiter (Raymond) he was spot on made sure everything was fresh. Keep up the great service.. Will b coming back soon. 13th street Red Lobster.?

I think they were just short-time. the tee was cold, the cookies were hot?. linguine, steaks, garnel and kartoffels were warm. steaks cooked med, they were done well by. the waiter was nice ?. on 13 st location columbus.
