We had a great time in this Red Lobster. The staff was very friendly and funny and the food was very good. I'm not one to really eat seafood, but my family is so I was glad to see that she had menu items that I liked instead of seafood. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Also the shrimps were very good and the cookies were as usual good. Overall we had a great time at this point and will probably come back. 5/5
I walked in to pick up my order in the lobby area. I was waiting for 5 minutes as no one had come to the podium. I finally walk over to the bar to ask about my pick up order but it was still not ready. I ordered a Cesar salad. Half dozen of biscuits and shrimp scampi. I get home to eat my food and I find a bug in either the lettuce or Caesar dressing. So gross! Had already eaten half the salad! Seriously hope I don’t get sick.
We were not impressed initially because we had to wait a little while to be seated, even though they did not appear to be busy. Then, the waitress wrote my order down incorrectly, so it took longer than expected for our food to come. Shay was attentive, however, and brought out my friend's salad and our biscuits fairly quickly. Once the food arrived, it was delicious! I can definitely see going back.
Overall the restaurant offered a clean friendly environment. Our server was very pleasant and hospitable. The main course however took quite some time to arrive to the table. Whilst the meats/seafood were well prepared and delicious the sides left much to be desired, for instance the rice was undercooked and the loaded baked potato lacked flavor. Reserva una mesa ahora
Layla was our server. We ask you to sit back at one of their tables. Very attentive. Sweet personality. Nothing but respect! The manager kept the door open to us when he entered with my older mother and sat the next table and then supported her while leaving. Food was excellent!
The restaurant was clean and the greeter was very pleasant. Our waiter Travis was outstanding. He was fast attentive and pleasant. Overall experience was great. No special occasion just hungry which they hit a home run in my book.
Billy was great and on top of his services. Food was delicious and we got a good amount food for great pricing. On top of that, we recently joined their rewards program and lucked out and got a free appetizer.
the shrimp scampi was old...shrimp were hard. The biscuits were sort of hard like they were sitting and not fresh...Just disappointed. Reserva una mesa ahora
Our experience here was breathing. Our waitress was perfect, perfect atmosphere and environment. I'm glad to see you again.
