Nobody was to be found as I waiting to be seated. There was no host or waiter to found. I came at night. So I had go look for someone just be seated. While being seated waitress rushed me to put my order in. And also told me I couldn't order what Iwanted on the menu. It was selected. I wanted fried green beans. Drinks never got refilled. Food was cold like it been sitingthere. And when I was trying to pay waitress was completely gone. I had to walk to front to get help/service. Unprofessionaland unpredictable service.
Had a very nice lunch here. Lost a star bc I felt a little cheated by the shield board offer of fried oysters. I thought they were a duck and not an appetizer. Also the 1/2 or 1 dozen is wrong. They're only coming around the 1/2 dozen. If you want 12 you have to pay $11.99x2! But they were good! Great sweet tea! Our server, chat, was super friendly. I'm probably back, but next time I could pass the oysters.
I placed a to-go order, but while I waited, I decided to grab a drink at the bar. Unfortunately, the bar was in really poor condition. It hadn't been cleaned, and they seated new customers right in front of dirty dishes left by previous patrons. The server never wiped down the bar table or anything! There were crumbs everywhere, and old dishes were just sitting out. It was so unsanitary.
The waitress was simply amazing! I have never seen such diligence and the attitude to get everything right with the best personality possible. Kudos also to the manager who we met was personable amazing and we can see why his staff is amazing because he's amazing management reflects staff. A great place to eat and enjoy those special moments!

I had a disappointing experience at Red Lobster. While the freshness of the food was good, the portions were lacking, and the fish was overly crusted. I expected more from this restaurant. The only thing I really enjoyed was the biscuit, which deserves a 5-star rating. Everything else was unsatisfying.
Food is very good!, Service is good but can be slow due to staffing so do not be in a rush. The resturant itself needs to be updated and given a thorough cleaning. It was dusty in the windows and the ceiling needed several tiles changed.
My wife and I visited Red Lobster on Tara Blvd today, and we received outstanding customer service from Mrs. Deborah Penn. If you're in that area, I highly recommend asking for her!
Lobster Pizza, Salmon Seafood Dip….. food was good and server. I would go bk food came quick and biscuit with Honey ???? amazing

Not a good check in process. Someone cancelled my reservation despite my actually checking in dining there.
Waitress didn't want to be at work or just didn't care. Service was ridiculous but food was great!!!
