Red Lobster Olathe

It's been quite a while so l went to visit Red Lobster during Lobster Fest. They have a tank of live lobsters in the lobby. Of a good selection of lobster specials, l picked a dual Roasted Caribbean rock and Maine lobster tails. Got a side salad which was bigger than expected buttered broccoli. One of the highlight of eating there has always been the warm seasoned biscuits they were super tasty. The Caribbean lobster tail was a good size and was very enjoyable when dipped in the liquid butter. The Main lobster, imported from named for the state, was sweet delicious, it melted in your mouth. Was a little pricy but was a great meal. Have not tried other items on the menu for couple of years so...

Terrible service waited over ten minutes to be seated. Server saw us ignored us. So I had to personally flag down to actually be seated. Manager Katie oh because she is new as a poor excuse. How hard it to at least acknowledge us?! Had cold biscuits and cold side. My mashed potatoes were loaded but they were so cold they didn't even melt the cheese and butter on top. Server we had was busy texting than actually working. Worst experience ever. Train your staff to actually care about the customers. What a terrible place. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years with my family. The staff is always genuinely nice, accommodating, and calm (even when they are busy). The fish is always cooked just right and of course, their biscuits are delicious. In addition to theaforementioned customer service, they went above and beyond to look for a ring I had lost. They even got out flashlights andchecked the parking lot. Jay kept me updated every step of the way and even wrote my info down in case anyone turned in thering.

We went here for my birthday lunch yesterday. Altho there was a delay in seating us, we had the BEST server ever! He was friendly, attentive, fun. My food was excellent (coconut shrimp baked potato. My hubbies meal was a little disappointing asthe shrimp, scallops were tiny a tad over cooked as was the flounder. My elderly mom enjoyed her seafarers feast totally. Wetook home leftovers he gave us extra biscuits. A surprise ice cream sundae with whipped cream 3 spoons was a treat. Reserva una mesa ahora

The biscuits are the best I've ever had, delicious! I ordered the lobster linguini and my husband order the lobster and steak I personally didn't like my plate but I tried his and it was delicious, so next time I'll probably have that. The service was amazing, our waiter was wonderful. The ambience was very nice it was decorated for valentines which was nice.

Great employees and delicious food, had to come in for the endless shrimp and I was not disappointed at all, my favorite the garlic shrimp was on point with a side of rice and broccoli, had a few drinks as well and the wait was not too bad at all considering it's the holiday weekend, I definitely plan on coming back again soon.

Saturday afternoon. We had the garlic shrimp which was very good. The best thing about the meal was our server, Jacob. He had 5 tables in his section but he always brought everything quickly. None of the tables had to wait for refills. He was veryefficient.

Took about 10 minutes to finally get someone to seat us. Once seated, everything was very good and service was great. The only other issue after getting seated was the piece of cod from one of the fish and chips orders was not completely cooked. Reserva una mesa ahora

Tried on New Year's Eve and not many people. The food comes out quick and very good flavor as always. The s'more martini was a little off from the picture but tasted okay. Definitely will order the lobster tail again.
