Growing up, Red Lobster used to be my absolute favorite restaurant. Over time though, each visit seems to be worse than the last. I'll go a few months without going back and decide to give it another shot. Then I go and am reminded as to why I went so long without coming back. We arrived Thursday night just before 6pm. There were only a few tables that were occupied that I could see. We were told it would be a brief 5 minute wait, no big deal. Our waiter took surprisingly long to come greet us and take our drink order, which was a warning as to what's to come. We both got waters while we decided on an appetizer.
