We arrived as a party of four and encountered a bit of a wait, as the line was quite long. For about 20 minutes, a woman on the phone was trying to book a party, leaving everyone else waiting to be seated. I looked for a manager and informed the girl on the phone that a manager named Melissa was needed. Once she finished her call, she passed by without acknowledging the situation or letting us know someone would assist us soon. We also noticed that both the floors and tables were rather dirty. Finally, a hostess named Norris came to our rescue and seated us. Great job, Norris! She truly saved the day! Miss Norris was professional, friendly, and attentive.
Big, spacious nice and clean from inside and outside Red Lobster. A host and a waitress were attentive, nice and make you feel comfortable kind of ladies. Food was delicious. Interesting payment method right on your table. We took some time to figure it out ?, because it was first time paying on table terminal, but it was fun and easy actually. No need to wait for receipt, can be emailed directly to your email. Also can get points toward free food ? Plenty of parking, very close to a big beautiful mall. Highly recommend restaurant. Will be coming again, definitely. Thanks guys ??
We had a wonderful experience at this Red Lobster. The food was incredibly delicious, and the servers were very skilled. We drove for an hour to get here, and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. I highly recommend this Red Lobster to everyone, and we will definitely be returning more often in the future.

It's Red Lobster, you get just what you expect. This visit exceeded expectations!! Got the pick 2 combo with Coconut Shrimp and Shrimp Scampi, portions larger than I remember them being and the new Mac and cheese side is a great addition.
I had another wonderful meal at Red Lobster. The prices were great for the quality of the food, and our waitress was both friendly and funny. I always make sure to eat here when I visit my family in Pennsylvania.
Wait staff was pleasant, prompt. Food was served hot and ample serving size. I frequent this particular Red Lobster and the quality and quantity of food is consistent. Clean dining atmosphere.
Great food, great service. Complimentary salad is no longer served. But they kept the warm biscuits coming!
