Great burger place! Unfortunately, due to the current economic downturn and chicken shortage affecting all of California, our dining experience was impacted. This situation isn’t anyone’s fault but seems to stem from COVID-19 and state-wide supply issues. We visited the Red Robin in West Covina, California, hoping to order a chicken sandwich, but the hostess who checked us in didn’t inform us about the shortage. Red Robin is always a fantastic place to visit with consistently excellent service! I do wish they offered more than just burgers, as portion sizes seem smaller nowadays. I understand the pandemic has likely raised their costs, resulting in a more limited menu so they can still serve delicious food—something I’ve noticed everywhere. Hopefully, as conditions improve, they’ll expand their menu again. The food was, as always, excellent and freshly made to order. I can’t share the total bill this time since my son covered it. We took our kids here for lunch, and given that our son has multiple food allergies, eating at a new restaurant can be quite stressful. Our waiter was incredibly accommodating, and the allergy menu was clear and easy to understand. He answered all our questions and was more than willing to check with the chef about the type of oil used in the dishes, which we really appreciated. I'm so thankful to have discovered another safe dining option for our family. The food was delicious as well; I had the large avocobbo salad, and my children absolutely loved the fries. We will certainly be returning!
Red Robin Restaurant is located in West Covina Mall by Vincent Exit on Freeway 10. Please note that my assessment is based exclusively on a food product and service. I ordered the new Spicy Scorpio Burger for $14.99 at this point $13.99 at other Red Robin restaurants. It wasn't spicy yet it was tasty. On a scale of 1-10 it earns generous 1.5. Our waitress didn't even bring napkins and they were seriously understated. I was lucky to find napkins after driving all the place. It could be that the franchisor will hardly survive. Pandemic has a devastating effect on these people.

Exceptional dining experience! The burgers are truly outstanding. The service is fantastic as well. Although there may be a short wait, it’s absolutely worth it for such a delectable gourmet meal.
It was really great. I had the mushroom and blue cheese burger and John had the regular one. Our waitress was terrific. We had a very good time.
They offer gluten-free options! I tried the fully loaded gluten-free pizza and the gluten-free bacon burger, and I absolutely loved both! :3
The food was amazing! I ordered the Red Robin turkey burger with grilled onions! I wanna go back but im on a diet. Lol
