Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Loud and Crowded. Good customer service. Service Staff we're honestly doing their best and we're very sincere. Food was okay. Could've been better. Biggest turn off was many customers were letting their children run about the restaurant, roll and wrestle with other children all over the floor in high traffic areas with little or no supervision. Side dish of broccoli was ice cold and old looking,. Maybe Red Robin's (at this location) should consider building a play place similar to Mickey D's so the children can play freely in a safe space.

Our waiter was phenomenal, they were from some things, but made sure we had the options. Traveling from Detroit home in Grand Rapids, I can say this is worth the stop. Our orders were perfect. Stop and make a burger, you'll be glad you did it.

Ever was de and the order was correct. Little disappointed there was only 5 onion rings, that seems kinda skimpy, but they were crunchy and tasty. My hus said his Buzzin Chicken Sandwich was spicy and terrific. Will order again!!

Food was good and tasty. Really appreciate them giving us all the sauces, and even allowing two free sauces for the order. Only think wrong was my bacon was not on my Bacon Cheeseburger. : Reserva una mesa ahora

Our bartender/waitress was pretty cool. The margarita was very good along with their burgers and chicken tenders. She also gave us extra tequila in the margarita. Pretty good experience.
