Where should I start? Place, 4/5. It's in the mall, so there's not much to complain here. It is in a good place, and there is access from outside the shopping center. Cleanliness, 2/5. The tables were not very clean, nor were the seats. The utensils were also dirty, with dirt stains on 2 of the 4 forks. Eat, 4/5. The food is usually good at Red Robins, and this place was not much of an exception. I had better Red Robin's food, but it was just under the base. Service, 0/5. We came and got a table, even though we wanted a stand. Half of the stands were unused, but they probably had no personnel. The server took 10 minutes to even ask about drinks. As soon as we got them, we asked a few minutes, not the 15 minutes more to return him. Then we waited 20 minutes to get food. From there we waited great time, sometimes 15 minutes for him to return, so we could get fillings for frits or drinks. The absent mindfulness of the server was an absolute no-go for us. We even went ahead to ask after we had waited these 10 minutes if we were waiting to order our food. When they broke out the food, they lacked some of the dishes and sauces we had ordered. In addition, the receipt show that we ordered garlic fries that we did not order. I don't recommend this place to anyone. 1/5 stars.

This place is dirty. The floors were not asleep. We sat in a booth at the window and looked at the mall. The glass was covered with fingerprints and blows. The window board itself was dirty. I had to wipe my seat to sit down. The tables felt sticky. We accidentally spilled a lemonade to get us to the next stand. So dirty. Then I saw them coming wiping lemonade with only one napkin and I understood why the tables were sticky. Nothing was really sprayed clean. I saw the waitress (not even a bus) coming two tables next to me and they were simply wiped with a napkin. My table had no salt, but two ketchups. Two of us ordered burgers. They were so burned that they charred (orderly medium). The plus side was my son loved his wings and fries. We also had the bacon cheese dip for our fries, which was really delicious.

They obviously desperately need more staff based on the experience we had. The place was not busy at all, and yet it took quite a few minutes for anyone to even come out and seat us. The utensils we received were dirty. I saw a fruit fly hovering around our table. They were out of stock of a lot of things, such as wraps, chicken, etc. The burgers were fine and nothing to complain about. But everything else such as service, cleanliness, and menu offerings, needs improvement.

We ordered dinner for my child and got the children's menu Mac and cheese. I think there might have been a cup of food. They couldn't even fill it to the top of the small container. Definitely not worth the cost. My husband also didn't ask Mayo on his burger. It was quite soaked in Mayo.
