I ordered curbside pickup for 4:30 PM on a Wednesday and arrived just two minutes before the expected time. I called to let them know I was there, and they said they would come right out. However, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. There were only about four cars in the parking lot, so it wasn't as if they were overwhelmed. They apologized for the delay, but when I drove off and tried a few fries, they were cold—not just lukewarm, but actually cold. When I got home to eat my burger, it was cold as well. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong and forgot the extra sauces I paid for. I hope your experience is better, but I won’t be returning to this place.
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. They delivered only half of my order and treated me like I was at fault when I brought it up. Instead of calling DoorDash to send a replacement, they told me to request a refund through the app, which was frustrating since I just wanted to enjoy my meal. Later, they offered for me to pick it up myself, but the manager was rude throughout the process. Because of the poor treatment I received from both the staff and the manager, I will never order from Red Robin again. It was truly disappointing.
I visited Red Robin for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and everything was clean. The portion sizes were generous, more than enough to satisfy. I had a hard time deciding what to order, but the waitress suggested a burger, which turned out to be fantastic! However, I did feel that the prices were a bit high. I'm looking forward to dining there again and would definitely recommend it to others.
We had an amazing lunch! It was a fantastic experience, and the burgers were delicious. My boyfriend especially enjoyed the towering stack of onion rings. My fried pickles were incredible too! We had just started our appetizers when the burgers arrived, and they were perfect, just as we requested. The iced tea was great as well!

Honestly, I don't think it's worth the price. I've had much better burgers for a lot less money, and the service was significantly better as well. If a restaurant is charging so much for a cheeseburger, especially one that was served cold, the service should definitely have been at least satisfactory.

My wife and I just got home from visiting the restaurant. I got the Bonzai burger, she got the Whiskey River barbecue burger. They were both great! We also ordered the bacon cheese fondue to go with all the fries. Wonderful! Very good service. We gottheir $10 specials.
Fantastic burger! The onion rings were delicious, and the steak fries were hot and tasty. The service was excellent. The only downside was the price; for 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 order of onion rings, a side of cheese dip, and 2 drinks, it came to nearly $40.

I always discover a new burger or sandwich here. I absolutely love the campfire sauce for my fries! The service is consistently excellent, with friendly servers.
Four of us dined here about 7pm on a Saturday night.
We waited about 25 minutes for a table.
