Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Disappointing, seriously lacking overpriced!! The table we were seated on was dirty, several tables were dirty while hostess and others were just standing around, we had to ask for somebody to wipe the table they sat us on Important to note only two tables were occupied so not busy at all Server showed up, took our orders and was never seen again for the whole visit Food was brought by another person, burgers were ok but the fries were cold or barely warm (obviously not freshly made) We wanted more fries and refills on drinks but no one was available I walked to the kitchen where several servers were chatting back there I asked for refills and fries, they said ok but no one came after another 10 minutes waiting We paid on the table and left Very disappointing and not really sure how they stay in business with such poor service and obviously poor management

This store is under new management and it shows! Makayla Miami took great care of us and the food was wonderful! Will be back! Well done!
