My company used Red Robin Nashville West. 6802 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 for catering our work lunch. The food was late, cold, and delivered in boxes upside down so the labels weren't visible. We had chicken (crispy and grilled), and burgers. All hockey pucks, cold, and downright disgusting. There was cross contamination between condiments with not enough serving utensils, no napkins, and why didn't you put food in a hot service chafing buffet trays like a normal catering company would. The waitress got nothing right..she brought drinks out and got them mixed up. not sure I got diet..there were 6 people in the restaurant and took so long to get meal.the rest of my family were done before I got my meal. She never wrote anything down..tried to remember it .just not impressed with anything..
Our server was so great to start. She was incredibly nice and friendly. But she was that way with all the other tables too. So while our food was getting cold, she was chatting. The place was pretty empty but things still took forever. Food was amazing. Service was slow.
Fast Friendly Service our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and service was impeccable always a pleasure to eat here the burger with the Black and Bleu cheese is my favorite!!! I wish I could remember my servers name though I'll get it next time I go!!

This Burger and Fries was right on point! Hot and delicious, made the way I asked! satisfied my burger crave! The Fries were just like I like them, crunchy and moist! It was carry-out, the young man was patient and courteous! Great meal!
Red Robin has been my favorite restaurant since I was a child so I have been to many. I overheard that the cook was named Edward. Edward made me the best burnin love burger I’ve ever had. Great service, great food.
