Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Today I got me and my girlfriend food for 4th of July. This location is terrible. Its nothing but bratty teenagers who work by the front of the restaurant. When I arrived to get out food i got nothing but rude eye rolling from these workers because that means they actually have to work for a job they get paid to do. I ordered me a burger type meal and asked for a specific seasoning. Didn't get it. Then my Gf ordered a salad with dressing and she didn't even get that. Also found long hair in my fries. Food is always quite good here, but the service has gone downhill. There must be more training for hostesses and servers. We stood in the front for 10 minutes and had two groups of people sitting in front of us, because the hostess didn't stand right in front of us. The waitress we had was disappointing. I can't get anything else for you if I got something over and shot her out so fast, so no cute for 5 minutes after dinner, as I had to wait until we could catch the waitress again. Our request for groundless pages could not be made because it took us to the end of our burgers to let the waitress pass our table. I understand the problems, but it's not hard to train the servers to have a littl...

Clean restaurant (which is a family square destined for children, that is a fairy! and friendly staff. Eating is also good, though I would like to if they ask for rewards membership more often because I always forget when the check comes. Shaking the pineapple to the head is AMAZING, and you can not beat unlimited frits (even if I’m full of what comes with my meal, I can see that a big hit for families with growing children!

I hadn't been with a Red Robin in 14 years... I said I would try. The staff was nice! I didn't eat well. I don't know if it was exactly what I'm doing or what. And when they put me on the table, my table was so wet. They tried to dry it, but it was still so wet. I have to say that I had to ask for something, and I cleared my table until it was dry. I've often enjoyed great food from Red Robin when I order through DoorDash, but this last time was quite different. My Cluck-a-Doodles were overcooked to the point of being burnt. The chicken was dry and the only flavor I could detect was the taste of char. I'm really disappointed.

This was the best Red Robin burger I have ever had. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. I just wish the fries were crispy. Nothing beats the crispy fries in campfire. Who ever cooked tonight burger shoukd train all the other chefs !

The mozzarella sticks were frozen in the middle and ice-cold. My burger was also bland and unseasoned. For $18, it felt overpriced, especially when you can get a much better one at Wendy's for just $5.

The order arrived cold. The Big Haystack Burger doesn't come with lettuce, but my sandwich had lettuce on it when it arrived. The fries were also undercooked.

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was awful, it was chewy, tough, and thin ... the cold, grease soaked fries were slightly better ... overall disappointing
