Terrible experience at Red Robin. Cold food, biased and careless servers, and overall laziness wasted my hard-earned money. We waited over 30 minutes for a burger, kids' chicken strips, and some wings. Meanwhile, a family behind us received their food right away. When our food finally arrived, there were no dipping sauces. After asking a server, I waited another 10 minutes without any sauce being brought to the table, forcing me to stand up and ask again—still nothing. The wings were only warm, not properly heated, and the burger had a hard-boiled egg on top instead of an over-easy one. Others nearby also complained their food was cold. Red Robin is our go to place. When surrounding restaurants are too busy to accommodate us for a meal we can always count on this restaurant to come thru. During the pandemic, we never had an issue being served. The service is almost always top notchand the food is always cooked as requested. We're here quite often and highly recommend this location. They're friendly andprompt with service and the food is great.
Red Robin has always been one of my go-to burger places, but this visit was a letdown. The double patties on the Haystack Burger were thin and rather dry. On the bright side, the toppings were tasty and helped balance out the dryness. The fries were cooked just right, with a soft, genuine potato interior—not the typical hard, small potato sticks you often get.
I ordered the Arctic Cod Fish and Chips once again, and I just can’t get enough of the generous serving of tender, flavorful fish with its perfectly crispy batter. It’s truly delicious! The thick steak fries are equally tasty. This meal is perfect for lunch or dinner. Thank you so much, Red Robin!

The quality of the food has declined a lot. The fries are consistently soggy and never come as a full order. I also tried ordering sweet potato fries this time and requested them extra crispy, but they arrived burnt. I expect to receive takeout without compromising on quality.
Tasty!! My burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My pickle chips were cut a little too thin which made them loose some of the great pickle flavor through the batter. Fries crisp and salted lightly. Overall very pleasant experience. Staff masked during service.
I had my first date with my husband 12 years ago. It was then a great place and still has the amazing customer service and the food you want in a restaurant. Great place to get drinks and apps or have a family dinner.
Red Robin consistently makes mistakes or overlooks orders, and last night was no exception. Unfortunately, I ended up without dinner. Their menu might have variety, but the service leaves much to be desired.

The chefs followed my order instructions perfectly, and the food was ready for pickup right at the time stated in the app. Both burgers were tasty, and the onion rings were excellent!
Good food. Service was ok. Our waitress was a little overwhelmed. We never got our refill of our French frys . She was nice and did her best.
