Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

HERE IF ICH KOLD FOOD, BIASED SERVERS, CARELESS SERVERS and LAZINESS all Around for your HARD EARNED cash!!!! Waited over 30 minutes for a burger and a children's chicken strip. And a few wings. After a painfully dying waiting period, and notice that a family behind us got their food as soon as they ordered, we were served our food without dipping sauces. I asked another server for the sauce and waited another 10 minutes until I decided to stand up and ask for some service myself. And even then nothing was put on the table. When eating a wing, we noticed that the food was warm not heated and so the burger was with a hard boiled egg at the top instead of over easy. Another pair of 2 explains...

At the first visit of this Red Robin in San Dimas. The hotel is located in a perfect place, surrounded by all kinds of other restaurants and places to go and try. Our party consisted of 10 people, so the food arrived a little bit awhile, but it wasn't nothing to complain. The staff was really friendly and focused on our needs. Food was extraordinary will definitely come back here.

As of now, you can't enter the restaurant or eat outside in their dining area. I had to order my food through the phone, and then park in their designated area for curbside pickup. I ordered a red tavern double cheeseburger with fried onion rings. It was made perfectly, and it was delicious. I highly recommend this meal and this location for good eats.

The quality of the food has gone down significantly. Fries are always soggy and theres not even a full order. I attempted to order some sweet potato fries this time too and asked for extra crispy but they came burnt. I should be able to get food to go without sacrificing quality.

The weather was nice Cool Breeze sitting outside had a veggie burger Bulldog fries or should I say Rock Bottom fries everything was good even the service I recommended come one come all and bite the neighborhood low price

You can't go inside to order, you park in the parking lot and call the number on the signs, give your order, then they bring out you order and take your payment.
