After having a great meal and overall good experience at the Enfield Red Robin. I was so looking forward to the Holyoke restaurant. Sometimes we?re just in the mood for those oversized steak fries. They always offer a basket of them while you wait for your meal, and the quantity they serve will get you feeling full before your meal makes it to the table. Not at all the case here. After having a great experience in the Red Robin in Warwick, I was looking forward to visiting this location after a day at Six Flags. It was such a disappointment. The first two baskets of garlic parmesan fries were great. (Therefore the 2 stars).Unfortunately the ones with our burgers were dry. Just fries with the parm sprinkled on them but nothing to hold it on them(like oil like the first ones). The restaurant has changed significantly over the past few years, and unfortunately, not for the better. With such a low number of customers, the service was incredibly slow. The food lacked flavor. My wife and I were promised bottomless fries, but after finishing my fries and sandwich, I waited patiently for more while the server took my empty plate and didn’t come back with additional fries. The burgers were tasteless, and the doneness varied significantly; we all requested some pink in our burgers, yet they were cooked inconsistently. Our waiter didn’t provide us with a drinks menu, and the small tent advertising House Margaritas for $3.99 only mentioned strawberry and peach mango. So, I ordered a beer while trying to catch a glimpse of the drinks menu at a nearby table. My husband noticed they also had lime margaritas. Oh boy, that was a mistake! It was a sour concoction with little indication of tequila, masked by a garish green color. It seems they no longer maintain their rewards program. I had a rewards card, but the server informed me that the program had moved to a mobile-only system. There was no information on my bill regarding the points I had earned or how many I needed to redeem for my free item. I will not be returning to any Red Robin location. The service and quality have declined significantly from what they once were. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.

We had a large group gathering to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and the restaurant was very accommodating. Every order was accurate and served promptly. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server, who I believe was named Blake, was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful evening spent with family and great food.

I dine at this location with my daughter about a week ago and I was very pleased with the customer service our waiter I think his name was Shelby was amazing, very attentive and kind. These days you don't get that type of service so I was pleasantlysurprised. He made our visit very enjoyable.

Red Robin is consistently excellent. Their burgers are among the best, and the staff is always friendly. Plus, the bottomless sides are a great perk, and we all know that campfire sauce is absolutely amazing!
