Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Haven't been there in a while and wanted a bite to eat. Food was as you would expect. Good but nothing to really write home about. The server however was above and beyond. Without that guy it would have been just another forgettable meal. This dude was energetic and personable. My dude really made the meal from average to better than most. Would still stop in for a burger and soda without that dude there but it would then just be a meal and not an experience.

Out of a party of four two of us ordered the chili... we'd never ordered it before but didn't think the chili was actually finished being prepared... it was just meat and beans, some onions and spices, there was no sauce to it whatsoever... it was lukewarm and it did not look anything like the picture on the menu or online. It was not invitingly reddish brown like tomatoes and spices it was just cooked meat Brown. However, my side salad was fresh and crisp.

Five of us who have been friends for 50 years had a great lunch visit together! 3 of us had different burgers 2 had the Avo-Cobb-o Salad. I got the free app from joining the Rewards program chose the stack of onion rings we all shared. Everyone enjoyed all the food, but the salads were a big hit! The waitress was A , patiently allowing us to linger after we ate. Really amazing experience!

The best part of my experience today was my sever!! Janissa(aka Nissa) was the damn BOMB! She was everything that one could ask for in a sever. What an amazing personality and she had the BEST energy that I have experienced dining in at a place like this in a long time. The food was good but the service was a 10 outta TEN!! I hope they read these because she needs a kudos Reserva una mesa ahora

Wrap was missing ingredients. Also for years I was able to swap out the birthday burger for a wrap. I'm not sure what the difference is but most recently I have been told I'm unable to do that. The Whiskey River chicken wrap is the only thing I eat there. I have spend the $5min to get the bday reward so why can't I swap for a wrap??

Love this location for a burger and beer! Drinks are good too, heavy handed bartender. Food is always fresh and delicious, service is impeccable. I come here with my daughter at least 1 or 2 times a month for years and I have NEVER had a bad experience.

Recently I dined here with a group of people for the first time. I ate the fish and chips, the fish was terrible, crispy on the outside and hard, soft, and whatever on the inside. I'm thinking this is the place to dine if you want a burger and beer

Slowest place on Earth don't ever order a carryout. Place my order at 12:16 p.m. didn't receive it until 1:11 p.m. and it was only two salads. That should tell you all you need to know about this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

So friendly! Very fast service even though it was 6pm and busy. Our waitress was Kenzie and she was super!
