I recently had the worst well-done burger I have ever tried in the USA. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management, but the service has significantly declined. I used to dine at this restaurant at least five times a year and always received excellent service and high-quality food. However, on my most recent visit, the staff was impolite and did not bother to check on us throughout the meal. The waitress only came by at the end to ask if everything was okay. Additionally, we requested refills, but only four or six cups were replaced.
I had a disappointing experience at Red Robin for lunch. The restaurant was mostly empty on a Sunday, which should have been a warning sign. The fries were unappetizing and seemed reheated. I ordered a pizza without cheese, but it came covered in cheese instead. My daughter didn't enjoy her burger either. This was the worst Red Robin I’ve visited, and I’m not sure how much longer it will stay in business.
I want to give a shout out to our server Melanie! She was truly exceptional and one of the best servers I have ever encountered. Melanie was incredibly friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. She made us feel completely at ease and provided us with a fantastic dining experience. Melanie definitely deserves some recognition or award for her outstanding service!
I've visited Red Robin twice, and both experiences were enjoyable for a burger place. I prefer a straightforward burger (not really into ones overloaded with toppings and cheese), and Red Robin served up a delicious burger both times. The service was also good, although the restaurant was quite empty during my visits. I would definitely go back.

It took 25 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was incorrectly prepared— I had requested no lettuce, but it came with lettuce. When it was time to pay, we noticed extra charges for items we had asked to be excluded from the pizza. The one bright spot was our waitress; she was exceptional and handled everything well.
I've been here twice and both visits were pretty solid for a burger joint.....I like a pretty basic burger (not a fan boy of the overly piled-on with too much toppings and cheese) and Red Robin delivered a tasty burger. Both times. Good service as well (pretty empty both times though). I would definitely return.
Wow, such a terrible lunch. Place was near empty during Sunday lunchtime. Should have taken a hint. Fries were disgusting, tasted reheated. Ordered a pizza without cheese, got a pizza smothered in it. Daughter hated her burger. Worst Red Robin I ate at, but doubt it'll survive much longer.

What a great experience! The food was delicious, and the unlimited side options were varied. Our server, Ashley, was exceptional. She was attentive and connected with the children at our table. We had a fantastic time!
