This is my first time back at this location. Michael, our waiter was amazing. He took such great care of us. The food, on the other hand, is not so great. My sister's birthday burger was very dry. My burger was so greasy it soaked, my bun. I ended up eating my burger minus the bread because it was off, putting how slimy the bread got. I had house fries that the original order came out burnt. The refill came out over salted. So, two losses in my eyes. So may be back for Michael again. Hopefully, next time, the food will be better.
The server was friendly and attentive. If you tend to get cold, be sure to bring a jacket or sweater. The salads are consistently tasty, which is great since I often can’t decide on a burger. The garlic fries are yummy but could use a bit more seasoning and a more even coating of sauce. I really appreciate that many of the non-alcoholic drinks are refillable. Be prepared for a wait during busy times. The prices seem reasonable for the portion sizes.
First time at this location. After a 20 minute wait it felt like we were there almost 2 hours before we left. Portions of the orders were missed, received a wrong hamburger. Drink refills and endless fries seemed hard to get. There servers were working hard and they did seem understaffed so we didnt quite blame them, but there was always between 2-4 workers at the hostess station which seemed weird.
The food was good and timely. What made our visit perfect was our server Emerald. She was the best. Her great attitude and attention to detail was fantastic. She made our visit so pleasurable. I can't say enough great things about how well sherepresented herself and Red Robin. What a great person.

Service was good. Food was delicious. Kids had chicken tenders and fries, loved them. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. My wife and I had burgers, also delicious, cooked perfectly. Tried the cheesy bacon fondue, and it was a game changer with thosesteak fries. Highly recommend.
Josh and Victoria are the main reasons why we continue to return to this restaurant. They are exceptional and always exceed our expectations. We need more people like them in the service industry.
Nice place. Great service,good food. If you are in the mood for a good burger or just something a little diffrent. This place is for you.
Speedy excellent service. The food was fine, exactly what you would expect from Red Robin. Love the bottomless Freckled Lemonade!
